At Moonshine Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your art isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your prints in their original protective tubes or flat mailers to ensure they remain crease-free during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
